TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Welcome to MDA Business Coaching Ltd (“MDA”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or participating in any of our coaching programs, masterminds, or online courses (the “Services”), you (“Client”, “you”, “your”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Purpose and Scope

MDA provides coaching, training, and mentoring programs designed to support business owners and entrepreneurs in achieving professional and personal growth. While our tools, frameworks, and support systems are proven, results are dependent on your own effort, implementation, and engagement.
MDA does not provide financial, legal, or therapeutic advice.

2. Client Responsibility

By enrolling in our programs, you agree to:

Actively participate in all sessions (live or recorded) and complete assignments.

Take responsibility for your own progress, decisions, and actions.

Approach the coaching process with an open mind and a commitment to growth.

Understand that your results depend on your engagement and implementation of the strategies provided.

Note: Failure to attend or engage does not constitute grounds for a refund or cancellation.

3. Payments, Fees & Refund Policy

Payment Plans: Payment plans are binding, and the full program fee is payable even if you choose not to continue participation.

Non-Refundable Fees: All program fees are non-refundable once access to materials has been granted or the first session has taken place.

Missed Payments: If you fail to make a scheduled payment, MDA reserves the right to suspend access to coaching sessions, materials, and communities until the account is brought up to date.

Defaults: Payment defaults exceeding 30 days may result in termination of access and recovery action for the remaining balance.

4. Program Access and Attendance

Your purchase grants access to the agreed program duration, including live calls, group sessions, recordings, or digital resources.

MDA reserves the right to update or improve course materials and delivery methods at any time.

Substitutions or transfers of your coaching place are not permitted without written consent from MDA.

5. Deferrals and Credits

Once a program has commenced or materials have been made available, no cancellations or refunds are permitted.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, MDA may, at its sole discretion, allow you to defer your enrolment to a future cohort or apply a credit toward another program. Requests for deferrals must be made in writing.

6. Coaching Outcomes

Coaching is a process of personal and professional growth. While MDA provides proven tools, frameworks, and strategies, your results will depend on your own effort, implementation, and commitment.

MDA does not guarantee specific financial, business, or personal outcomes, as these are influenced by factors beyond our control, including market conditions, individual circumstances, and your level of engagement.

7. Intellectual Property

All coaching materials, digital resources, templates, and frameworks provided by MDA remain our intellectual property.

You may not copy, share, reproduce, sell, or distribute any MDA content without written permission.

Materials are provided for your personal use only within the context of the purchased program.

8. Confidentiality and Privacy

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all discussions, business information, and personal details shared during coaching.

MDA respects your privacy and complies with the UK Data Protection Act and GDPR. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Group coaching participants agree to respect the confidentiality of other members.

9. Code of Conduct

To maintain a supportive and respectful environment, you agree to:

Treat all participants and MDA staff with respect and professionalism.

Maintain confidentiality of group discussions and shared information.

Avoid disruptive or unethical behaviour that may negatively impact others.

MDA reserves the right to remove participants who violate this code of conduct without refund.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Coaching is a collaborative process designed to support growth and decision-making. MDA makes no guarantees of specific financial or business outcomes.

You agree that MDA is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss resulting from participation in our programs.

You are responsible for your own wellbeing and decisions throughout the coaching process.

11. Testimonials and Media

During live or recorded sessions, MDA may capture photos, video, or testimonials for marketing purposes.

By participating, you consent to such recordings unless you notify us in writing before the session.

Testimonials may be edited for length or clarity but will always reflect your genuine feedback.

12. Force Majeure

MDA is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including illness, natural disasters, or technical failures). Replacement sessions or credits may be offered at our discretion.

13. Termination

MDA may terminate your participation if:

You fail to pay fees as agreed.

You act in a manner that is abusive, disruptive, or unethical towards other clients or MDA staff.

You breach confidentiality or misuse program materials.

Termination does not remove your payment obligations.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By purchasing or participating in any MDA Business Coaching program, you acknowledge that:
