A New Platform for a Bigger Mission: Forbes Coaches Council
I’m delighted to share that I’ve been accepted as a member of the Forbes Coaches Council, an invitation-only, vetted community of leading business and career coaches. (Forbes)
For me, this milestone isn’t about a badge. It’s about responsibility and reach: the chance to contribute meaningful insights, share practical frameworks, and add value to business owners building in a world that’s louder, faster, and more demanding than ever.
What is the Forbes Coaches Council?
The Forbes Coaches Council is part of Forbes Councils, a collection of industry-specific communities created for senior leaders and experts. Membership is selective: applicants are vetted, and the Council is designed to bring together coaches with proven experience, credibility and impact. (councils.forbes.com)
Members also gain the opportunity to publish bylined expertise on Forbes.com, alongside connecting with peers through exclusive groups and events. (LinkedIn)
As of September 2025, Forbes Councils shared that their broader network had grown to 9,522 members globally across nine councils—which gives you a sense of both the scale and the standards behind these communities. (councils.forbes.com)
Why is it considered prestigious?
“Prestige” is a word people often use lightly, but in this context it comes down to three things:
Selective, vetted membership
This isn’t an open directory. It’s a curated community where membership is reviewed and approved. (councils.forbes.com)A platform for thought leadership
Having a channel to publish expertise on Forbes.com is a meaningful opportunity—especially when the goal is to provide real, usable insight (not noise). (LinkedIn)Peer-level collaboration
You’re in the room with coaches who have lived the work—supporting leaders through growth, change, challenge and reinvention. (LinkedIn)
The mission I’m bringing with me: Alignment
At MDA Business Coaching, we work with founder-led businesses (often in the £500k–£20m turnover range) to create growth that’s structured, profitable, and sustainable.
And here’s the truth I’ve seen again and again:
You can build a successful business and still feel like you’re losing your life to it.
That’s why our work is built around what we call the Alignment Methodology—an approach that connects the person to the strategy, and the strategy to the systems.
Alignment means:
You’re not just chasing goals—you’re building a business that reflects your values.
You’re not just growing revenue—you’re strengthening the structure that holds that revenue.
You’re not just “working hard”—you’re creating a model that gives you back time, energ
This is where mindset meets execution: clarity, priorities, leadership, processes, culture, and measurable performance.
What I’ll be sharing next
Through this new platform and community, I’ll be sharing practical insights around:
Scaling without burning out
Building a business that runs with stronger systems (not constant firefighting)
High-performance mindset for owners and leadership teams
Growth strategies that protect profit, cash flow, and quality of life
Thank you
I’m grateful, because opportunities like this don’t happen in isolation. Thee clients who trust the process, the results that follow, and the mission that stays consistent.
If you’re building something big and you want it to feel aligned—not chaotic—my team and I would love to support you.
If you’d like to explore what alignment could look like in your business, message“ALIGN” or connect via the contact page.
